Situation
Resort guests ask the staff the same questions: where things are, how to order food, whom to call.
Task
One app for the guest: get oriented, order, call for help — without queuing at the front desk.
Action
A territory map with lodges and the pier, restaurant orders to the table or the room, service and delivery requests, an SOS button, a game corner for the wait.
Result
The guest answers 'where', 'what to order' and 'whom to call' alone — the staff is freed from routine.
